The Senator is an older 5 unit apartment building located on the corner of 12^th street and Philadelphia Avenue in Ocean City, Maryland.

It is situated a block and a half from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk and pristine beach as well as restaurants, dance clubs,

entertainment, shopping and amusements. The units are all different with different bedroom layouts and bed sizes,

microwaves, toasters, coffee makers as well as cooking utensils, dishes and silverware. All apartments have window unit air conditioners.
