ROYALTON RULES AND POLICIES

·        No refunds for June reservations.

·        10.5% Tax not included in above prices.

·        For a week stay, NO additional charge for Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.

·        Holidays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays - add $20.00 per day

·        Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays from August 2 to August 18 - add $30.00 / day

·        FREE - Small children occupying room with adults (No Cot)

·        Additional persons:  $10.00 more per person (No Cot)

·        One-third deposit required on all reservations of 3 days or more

·        1 day’s rent deposit required on reservations up to 2 days

·        No personal checks accepted upon arrival for balance

·        Reservations: 3 night minimum may be required on weekends and holidays

·        2 night minimum may be required during the week (Sunday - Thursday)

·        Deposit refundable only if cancellation occurs 14 days prior to arrival.

·        Rates subject to change without notice.

·        Confirmation upon request, only upon receipt of deposit.

·        Cancellations are subject to a $40.00 service charge

·        Security deposit may be required.

·        No subletting
